From humble beginnings as a University based club in Australia running just 2 trips a year in 1992, FTA has grown to cater to an extensive world-wide client base with an ever increasing array of adventures and climbing destinations on offer.

There is lots happening at FTA in the months and year aheadand we begin the autumn season with Tibet (Cho Oyu) and Nepal (Cholatse, Island Peak, Tharpu Chuli, Everest BC treks and Ama Dablam) and end it in Ecuador (Cotopaxi, Antisana, Cayambe) and Argentina (Aconcagua Polish and False Polish expeditions and BC treks).
